Emotional Payasos is a photography project that uses clown personas to reveal the emotions people often hide behind humor, masks, or performance. The series highlights how, in real life, we tend to shut out our emotions to appear strong, even when we are struggling internally. By exaggerating expressions through makeup and costume, the photos bring those suppressed feelings to the surface in a bold, visually striking way. Ultimately, the project reminds viewers that vulnerability is human, and that acknowledging our emotions is a powerful step toward healing.
