Mexico Typebook

Mexico Typography
The Mexico Typography Book explores the rich visual culture that has shaped the nation’s typographic identity, tracing how Mexico’s art, history, and traditions influence the way letters are designed and interpreted.
The book also examines how these historical foundations evolved alongside modern design movements. Altogether, it presents a comprehensive journey through the cultural forces that continue to define Mexican typography today.

It highlights the deep Indigenous roots of Mexican visual communication, including the use of early symbolic writing systems found in ancient codices.
